Your reservation is paid online when you book.

Yes. Delivery and pickup are included in our core service area. Extended-area delivery is available for an additional fee.

Both delivery and pick up can be contactless, provided we have a cell number to send proof of delivery and pickup pictures.

48 hours or more before scheduled delivery: Full refund.
24–48 hours before scheduled delivery: Refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: 50% of the rental charge refundable.
If Handy Totes cancels the reservation and cannot provide a mutually acceptable alternative, the Customer will receive a full refund.

No. Handy Totes provides the reusable totes and delivery/pickup service. Customers or their movers handle packing and moving.
